Thursday, August 17—

8:00 p.m.Movies in the Park!   Help celebrate the Plainview Lions Club 50th Anniversary.  The fun starts at 8 p.m. in Wedgewood Park with Facepainting by the Plainview Girl Scouts.

9:00 p.m.Batman Lego Movie – sponsored in park by Peoples State Bank.

11:00 a.m. until Gone – FREE SWEET CORN from Lakeside Foods!  Served by the Plainview Lions.  Corn is picked fresh Sunday morning by Lakeside Foods.  Award winning butter from Plainview Milk Products.   Serving tent provided by Bennett’s Food Center.  Corn hauled by Zeke LeVan.  Composting by Ken Jacobs & Sons.

1:30 p.m. – Grand Parade with over 100 units.  Free Popcorn during the parade thanks to The Community Presbyterian Church.
